Frequently Asked Questions
We understand how important it is to find the right care, and we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Here are a list of our frequently asked questions to help you better understand our Learning Center.
Is this a Center or a Home?
We are a home-based childcare facility, where we offer the best of both worlds: the personalized care of a home environment combined with the structure and professionalism of a center. Our facility features a curriculum-based program designed to foster your child's development in a warm and nurturing setting. With smaller class sizes, we ensure each child receives individualized attention, allowing us to tailor activities and learning experiences to their unique needs and interests. Although we operate from a home-based setting, our facility is organized and equipped to provide a rich learning environment, with regular communication and updates to keep you informed of your child’s progress.
What are your ratios?
We take pride in offering exceptional student-to-teacher ratios, exceeding state requirements with a dedicated 1:5 ratio, ensuring each child receives the personalized attention they deserve.
What is your tuition rate?
Our tuition rate is $300 per week, which includes full-time care and a comprehensive curriculum designed to support your child's development. We do not charge a registration fee. Payments are conveniently made through the ProCare parent app and are due the Friday prior to the week of care.
Full-time or part time?
We offer flexible care based on your family's needs. We charge for your child's spot, not their attendance, which means you can choose the schedule that works best for you each week. Whether your child comes every day or just a few days a week, you're welcome to drop off and pick up anytime during our operating hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. This approach gives families the freedom to adjust their routines without the stress of rigid scheduling.
We just ask that there are no drop-offs or pick-ups during our rest period, which runs from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM, to help maintain a calm and restful environment for all children.
